Health Coaching Model ClinicTM is a simulation-based training program for leadership development and innovation dissemination for the Health Coaching Accelerator Program. We offer an integrated approach aimed at successful implementation of health coaching in community clinics.  The phases include readiness and planning, delivery of health coach training, delivery of preceptor implementation training, and consultation for learning reinforcement and integration into practice.
